Happy Thanksgiving.
Late last night on MTV2, they played a few hours of "The Most Controversial Videos". It was previously banned videos or the uncensored versions of other videos. And when they say uncensored, they meant it – all cuss words, sexual images, exposed body parts, etc.
Britney Spears "One More Time" was nothing compared to everyone else.
They showed Madonna’s "Justify My Love." The one that was banned from MTV. I was thinking it had a lot of "obscene" things in it, but what the hell? There was hardly anything! It was basically like her making out with some chick with a fake moustache and some good looking guy watching. Big deal. I thought there was gonna be something like her face in someone’s crotch, but nope. Nothing like that. I woulda thought "Slave 4 U" by Britney would be considered more controversial. I got done watching the video and was like "That’s it!? This is what I’ve been waiting for years to see?" Well, at least I got to see it and her "What It Feels Like for a Girl" video again where she goes around killing everyone.
It’s almost weird whenever see I "Closer" by Nine Inch Nails without the "Scene Missing" parts ‘cuz I’m too used to it like that.
The poop flicking/eating at the end of Bloodhound Gang’s "The Bad Touch" was just gross. Haha.
Seeing the whole, unedited video of Eminem’s "Stan" makes it make a lot more sense.
I love Bjork and didn’t even think she was crazy for wearing that goose dress (I think it’s cute!), but the back piercings with pearls thing… Well, I wouldn’t do it. I’ll just leave it at that. But I love her nonetheless.
It’s too bad I couldn’t have really enjoyed the "Smack My Bitch Up" video by The Prodigy the way it was intended because everyone already ruined the ending! Even Madonna (their boss) was talking about how good it was on camera in an interview and ruins it! Gah.
