I was watching a classic episode of SNL the other night. Joan Rivers was the host. Ya know, back when she was labeled as a comedian/comedienne, whatever. And not the annoying red carpet commentator. During the opening monologue said she was glad to be in NYC because in L.A. everyone looks so fake and has plastic surgery.
