I visited Dog Poop Park this past weekend. You read that correctly – Dog Poop Park. In the last week, a few different people on twitter, such as @JustineMaki, had pointed out that this was on Google Maps. After searching it and looking at it in Street View, I decided I just had to visit this place. I mainly wanted to check into it on facebook. I even joined foursquare for the sole purpose of checking in there. But the park is actually beautiful. I like the neighborhood and the houses. I did see some people walking their dogs, but I’m happy to say that I didn’t see any poop.
I think the park is actually called Guilford Gateway Park. For some reason, it’s listed on Google Maps as Dog Poop Park. Who am I to question the infinite wisdom of Google?
